That seemed like a very hard-earned .6 lb! I have struggled to stay on track this week, with a lot of occasions to over-indulge. I am happy to see a loss.

And I continue the fight...
169.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
