This week was all about NSV's: getting stronger in my workouts, seeing the slightest bit of extra definition across my body, my face getting smaller and of course clothes fitting more loosely. Also can't complain about the little extra attention I've been getting both at the gym and while out and about, which is always nice 😏🤭 I invested in one of those handheld body composition devices since the Dexa scan is $250 here in NY. Hopefully it's accurate enough to help me fine tune my nutrition that much more to keep the results train rolling. Happy Sunday FS fam, and have an amazing week ahead 💪🏽
216.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
