I have NOT been sleeping well at all. I also don't think I'm drinking enough water lately so I'm putting focus on that today. I went bed at 1am but stayed up till 3a. now it's 930 and here I am; awake but not very energetic. My goal is to go to bed by 10pm. Water has been very hit and miss. I drink at least 64oz but I don't think that's enough for me so I wanna drink at least 96oz today. I don't know... maybe I should skip my Vyvanse today so I can sleep better tonight, I think a lazy 🦥 day is needed. Radical Rest makes me feel guilty, like I need to be constantly doing something or my worth is lacking, (not that he notices nor cares anyway, he goes from kitchen-bathroom-xbox-work). When I say "Rest day" I'm still over-acheiving with maintaining my strict household regimen, on my feet moving over half the day.

Gabriel, thanks, I think. I'm a heathen, a Norse pagan, that believes in the Gods. I believe all religions are valid paths. A spiritual journey of any kind is important one for the mind body and spirit. I was baptized Catholic, went to a Christian church, was apostolic when I got sober and my life tanked terribly and then found heathenry and healing from the inside out.

Religion aside, I can state unequivocally that sleeping problems can be eliminated completely through hypnosis. Back in my college days, I had real trouble falling asleep. I'd be awake for about 2-3 hours every single before finally dosing off. One of my friends was taking a tutorial class on hypnosis led by a professor and suggested I attend to learn about it. Long story short, I went and slept perfectly from that night on. One session will do the trick. Hypnosis is just a form of heightened relaxation and cooperation. It works perfectly for sleep issues. Just a thought.

Good sleep is so important but easy to neglect. Praying you get some good rest. The book of Mark is amazing. Psalms is so good as well, especially Psalm 139, very comforting.

I know that sometimes I'm not drinking enough either. I really need to measure.

Have you tried taking magnesium at night. It has helped me to get better sleep. I’m only used to getting 4 hrs a night for years but now I’m up to 6-7. It’s kinda great.

Good luck! I had a similar issue and wanted to share what worked for me. I had to start from the other side. I started waking up at 7am every day no matter how tired I was and staying awake without taking a nap. Doing this for a couple of weeks made me consistently tired around 10pm. So I was able to actually fall asleep relatively quickly and had more energy the next day. Days that I exercised I feel asleep faster as well.

Yes, I do take magnesium, strangely enough also has a b vitamin in it so when I was taking it at night it was actually keeping me awake longer. Thank you for the wake up tip, I will be waking up at 7:00 a.m. everyday for getting the kids ready for school so hopefully my problem will be solved in time.
