I've tried the keto diet before, with some success, but wanted to eat a better diet, which I've been trying out. It is 1 thick shake for lunch, a decent meal in the evening, and later in the evening to have another thick shake. It's working, so I'm giving it a hard go. I've done my own smoothies, with 5 spoonful's of yogurt, skim milk, one banana, OR strawberries (frozen if preferred), in a hand blender. I need to sacrifice my eating to one main meal and 2 smoothies a day, which seems to be happening. I had gained some weight initially after finishing the keto diet, but I'm confident that this will be ok for my health, and getting skinny. This is also using intermittent fasting. So 12 noon smoothie, evening meal, evening smoothie, and nothing in between.

Since then I've moved into aw OMAD diet, which is (for those who know) is a one meal a day diet. I'm seeing my doctor today, and hoping to have lost some weight today.
200.6 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
