So ... drank some water and walked for an hour to get in my steps. Before the shower, I wanted to see if any change. 215.6. Cool. Stepped on the scale and confirmed 5 times. After the shower, 215.8, so I averaged it out. Me: 1, Snack Monster: 0. This actually tracks since Friday showed 216 and I was in a deficit all day until Saturday night. Looking forward to 210 in another 4 weeks or so.
