I didn't do well keeping my calories @ 1700 today like I'd hoped. Ended up a bit over 1900. I don't have trouble with snacking at night after dinner. My vulnerable time is afternoon. Most days, I have a late morning breakfast, then lunch/ snack around 4ish in tbe afternoon. Dinner is around 8. Today, I felt like a snack earlier, so had a bear claw....about 200 calories. Later, I had some rolled up ham, cheese, olives & sliced apples. I wasn't hungry, but really wanted some cheese popcorn. I ended up giving in & eating it. I always measure out a serving in a bowl, but I knew it would probably bump up my calories for the day.

Dinner was lamb chops, jasmine rice & asparagus. I had a Lemon Italian Ice for dessert.

Everything I ate today was measured & logged. I guess I have become so accustomed to eating around 1900 calories I'm not doing well cutting back. I can do that on Gym days cause I'm burning extra calories, but I should be able to eat around 1700 on off days.

I did do some housework....vacuuming & cleaned my bathroom...did a load of laundry. But, I don't think that was over & above normal.

I'm just over my goal weight & don't want to be obsessive about it. 😐 Funny that I changed my goal to 135 cause I was maintaining around there for awhile. Now I feel dissatisfied if I'm above.

Gym tomorrow. I'll just have to use today's calories as fuel for my workout 💪 😁

You're doing great. Maybe cut back gradually instead of all at once.
