so happy to have lost a little bit of weight guys. Im sticking to the Dr Oz diet not to the T but ,Smoothie in the morning,veggies and chicken and fish and turkey mostly of what i eat. I do get naughty and eat beef and Spur breakfast a little bit. Ill stick to this way of eating. Just a hustle making the smoothie yooo. But ill go on with this.
