2.2 lbs to go to reach my goal. 5 days to go until end of July. I'm really focusing on cal deficit and having protein higher then carbs now. seems to be effective. I had 160 g of protein/211g carbs/80g fat yesterday with a cal deficit... did a core workout yesterday for about an 1hr
Should I count consistent yard/house work towards calorie deficit or only exercise?? like if I'm cleaning actively for a solid hour??
192.2 lb Lost so far: 24.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 11.2 lb a week

Household cleaning and gardening can be a mild form of areobic exercise if it is continuous and vigorious. But, even at a relaxed pace, activity burns many more calories than inactivity. Good job! You can do it.

Thank you! I've been reading on Google what other websites say, and its consistent that Househord chores do help. I don't rely on housework to burn, but have structured my day that an 1or2 is dedicated time to cleaning.
