not surprised, I ate a lil above my cal deficit... felt ravenous post 🦵 workout... seems like I do this about 1x a week.. now time for children of bodom and helping declutter my oldest sons room with him. We are creating a (Autism) sensory room for him when he's going thru sensory overload since he tends to trash his room when it happens...
