I haven't seen such numbers for a long time... After seeing as high as 73 kg recently, I decided that's enough. Started eating less - only breakfast and lunch and then some controlled snacks in the evening. So far so good, knock on the wood. And what's more - I don't feel hungry.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
