Eeee-gads! And this is BEFORE I leave for vacation!

I have stayed within my lifestyle eating plan and I've spent an hour a day on the elliptical, so I think all the stress of the past 10 days with GoodMan's health scare has put my body into "urgent reserve".

I have planned our vacation meals diligently and that's all I can do. I'll weigh-in again when I get home from Florida. If I gain I'll consider it a learning experience and teach myself how to get back to normal after vacay.

203.5 lb Lost so far: 48.5 lb.    Still to go: 43.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
