Good Morning EF Buddies and all of the rest of you fine folks here on FS! I hope you are enjoying this beautiful day that God has placed before us! I'm in a good mood! Full of gratitude and awe. We have a beautiful sunrise going on outside and I have music running through my mind that matches the majestic pink, purple and orange sky. I'm at 84 hours fasted, this is my current comfort zone, we will be passing through that today and it has been a very long time since I have done more than 84 hours back to back. So we are moving into uncharted waters but I feel good and I believe I am up to the challenge. I had good sleep, a solid 7 hours with only 1 3:00 am bathroom trip and I fell back to sleep easily after so no worries there. I think I am done with the fluid flush and my loss today is actually fat. I feel smaller. My hunger is still dormant, which kinda messes up my plans for becoming intimate with it. Hubby asked what he could have besides a Hoagie and I rotisseried him a small chicken and fixed him a salad. Handling the food and smelling the roasted chicken did not awaken my hunger at all so I was able to serve him up a hot meal with a smile and no stress. I actually love this stage of fasting, this is when I like to go shop for food because my hunger suppression is like a shield from impulse buying. I can get exactly what is on my list with no extra crap. You guys have a fabulous day! I'm going out on the porch to meditate while the world awakes.

Good Morning you guys! and Thank you! I got chased back into the house by hungry mosquitos, interestingly enough, it took them a while to find me, I was outside the better part of an hour. Maybe fasting removing all the glucose from your system makes you less noticeable to the blood suckers! But they did start on me eventually. @Erika Great job!, how did the keytones hold up under the dose of AG1? @Zen, did you eat some liver for me?? 👍

OOP! Lady D! I guess I forgot to refresh and go back, I did not see you there! Great job on the no hunger, it's a marvelous thing. I was so proud when cooking last night, nary a grumble from my guts no impulse to just stick my face in the food and start snarfing! LOL, I could not have done that a little over a month ago!!!

Slight effect from the AG1. I think slowly sipping it helps as it does have some calories.
