I know I said yesterday was my last workout for awhile, but I got an unplanned one today. I moved almost all of my potted flowers onto the back deck. Some were undercover, so wouldn't get watered while we were away. The rest I moved to protect them from the deer. If we get rain...& we should, they'll all be watered. Some of those pots were quite heavy! It rained yesterday & the soil was saturated. I did notice several blooms developing on the 2 hydrangeas, so I'm glad they're protected. The deer got into them when I was at the beach, but they're growing again 😊

I'm all packed except for a few last minute things like toiletries. I did 2 loads of laundry (light & dark) since I had a couple of things I wanted to take that were dirty.

I've managed to clear out the fridge of most everything. I had some Romain lettuce, but no tomatoes or cucumbers. I made a salad by adding some pineapple & mango I defrosted from my frozen smoothie fruit, some thinly sliced onion & almonds. That & a Korean beef power bowl (frozen meal) were dinner. I was hungry this afternoon & was planning to eat some Greek yogurt. I realized the container was unopened & has an August expiration date. I figured it would keep better if I left it sealed, so had a bowl of cereal instead.

We're planning a 12 hour drive tomorrow to put us north of Pittsburgh. Hubby said we should pack some snacks & bottled water for the car to minimize stops. He jokingly said we weren't stopping at all. I said there was no way I could go that long without stopping. He laughed & said, him either. The plan is to leave at 7 AM. If we make good progress, the drive Monday, will only be 4 hours.

Hubby's prepping the coffee now, so we can just push the button in the morning.
135.2 lb Lost so far: 37.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
