Maybe it is because I eat about half the food I used to on any given day... Maybe it is regular trips to the gym... Maybe it is all the water I have been drinking... Maybe it is because I have finished a Costco sized pack of baby spinach before it went bad...

Probably, it is all of that stuff working together. :)
173.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
