I went from 79 to 78 and i gain again went up to 79.50 i ate very badly and was not focused. im trying now to be serious and focused i dont know the sugar cravings are crazy and chips lays and simba . coke too. yooo God help.
175.3 lb Lost so far: 9.9 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I find that if I was eating a big packet of Lays and now I eat a small packet, then thats a win for me. If I was drinking a 2lt to drinking a can, than I am winning. Dont beat yourself up too much, if your working on getting where you wanna be than you're a lot better than one who hasnt started - keep on keeping on!
