maintained! Yesterday, in addition to weightlifting, i surprisingly drank a gallon and a half of water, so im using electrolytes today in my first half gallon water bottle. I fill this 1/2 gallon bottle everytime it emptys (once per day usual)and carry it with me, all over the house. Game changer since i will forget to drink water moreso when im home.
193.6 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Right on Dazey! I have a 64 oz bottle, I fill mine in the morning and sip all morning then refill it at noon when I leave for work. I am up and down at my desk while working so every time my butt hits the chair I take a sip, by end of the day it's gone. I don't drink water after 7pm either, otherwise I'm up and down all night.
