(start 75kg, goal awal 65kg)
fokus ke balance diet dan lebih banyak makan whole food dibanding terus terusan calorie counting, ttp weight loss.
131.2 lb Lost so far: 34.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
