Pretty good day food wise yesterday, all except for that slice of chocolate cake I bought for my husband, which he hasn't been interested in, which was calling my name from the kitchen. I finally did break down and have a bit of a taste. Sure was yummy but I did not eat a whole piece.

Today is doctor day. We shall see what he suggests ... recommends ... and the test results. Emotional around here ... we are okay ... strong emotions permeate the air.

May each of you find time to count your blessings today ... focus on something you are grateful for. That's Dawn's new thing ... and I kind of like it!!! She is picking 5 things every day ... and so today here are mine ....

The smell of fresh brewed coffee
A good night's sleep
Friends I can laugh with and cry with often in the same conversation!
A supervisor who trusts me
The feel of my husband's arms around me

Hey it is catching! LOL I LOVE that you have adopted this. :)) What a compliment. Anyhow...I love your list, I love that you are allowing your feelings to bubble up when needed instead of suppressing them and I love that you are stopping when satisfied! Hurray for you.
