This whole process is just a hundred decisions each day. DH suggests Arby's for lunch and that sure sounded good, but instead we opted for Panda Express, choosing veggies rather than rice, for example. Some days I make good decisions, but it is amazing how one or two bad decisions can set you back.

Here's to all of us making those good decisions all day today! :)
