Gym today. I started out feeling a little weary. I took a muscle relaxer when I went to bed last night & may have still been feeling the effects this morning. After I got into my workout I started feeling more energetic & had a good one.

We had to stop @ the store & buy Almond Milk & the pet store for treats for our Yorkie. He doesn't have many teeth anymore & struggles to chew the bigger, harder treats. He's also fussy 🙄 He likes these tiny, chewy ones by Zukes & we were out.

We got home late. I made our Protein smoothies & sat outside for an hour & read a magazine. It was hot today, but nice by late afternoon in the shade. Then, it was time to feed the dogs & and make our dinner.

Time for bed 🛌 😴
134.6 lb Lost so far: 38.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
