💥💥Wow, surprise, surprise! Lower weight held & even decreased .2. That is even after steak & eggs for breakfast (although not high calorie), lunch out, including a beer, Fajita chicken salad for dinner & a small slice of cheesecake for dessert. I'm not positive, but I wonder if eating a bit more for several days (2000 calories or more) then cutting back when I got home caused a drop in weight. Getting back to the Gym may have amped up my metabolism again a little, too. Of course, I could get up tomorrow & be up again. But I did get back to my normal range quickly. 😊

Gym today. Got in a decent workout. Hubby & I have been doing some of the weight machines together....focusing on arms/ back. We always start on the Treadmill together and do mat exercises in the general vicinity of each other. It's fun doing some of the weights together.

When we got home, I whipped up our protein shakes & we sat outside for a bit, enjoying the nice weather. We were supposed to get some rain this weekend, but it moved out.

Tomorrow, I hope to get some yardwork done & I have to do some laundry.
133.2 lb Lost so far: 39.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

How did you make your whipped up protein shakes? Im lacking in that dept i always buy them

YOH, I put Almond milk, Greek yogurt, Protein Powder & frozen fruit in the blender & mix it up. I'll toss a few ice cubes in to make it thicker. You can use fresh fruit or literally anything you want to add. I started using the bagged frozen fruit cause it makes it a thicker consistency, that we like.
