See? Good drop! 

I made it 4 weeks without coffee just to see if I could do it I don't really think the problem is the coffee it's the dependence it's always nice to see what you can go with without just to prove it to yourself 

mambadiet- i agree!! My dependence kept me from quitting; i had no reason to! I had to quit so i could begin a specific medicine that could cause lots of heart issues if combined. A student in Uni of Tennessee died because of cardiac arrest/hemmoragh mixing caffeine and Adderall..granted i take different ADHD med. Still, id rather be safe. That is terrifying!!

I went off caffeine for about six months. Had one caffeinated coffee a couple days ago and was blown away by the energy i felt. But…..couldn’t sleep that night. Shouldnt have had it at 330 in afternoon. I still have coffee just decaf. What about half caff to wean yourself off

YOH- it happened so quickly I didn't get a chance to order decaf beans! I might experiment later when im adjusted to this med. Im taking Vyvanse for binge eating disorder and ADHD (works for both) and its a stimulant and dont wanna double up with coffee and med. In the moment, i bet the coffee was fun, but i bet regret set in when its 2am and you cant sleep!!
