Thanks everyone! I did do a carb cycle yesterday which definitely jump started me! Did a body pump class today. 💪

YOH, carb cycling is used by body builders but it's also a jump start for your system. It is not something that I do often, only when I stall or need to jolt your system.. The goal is to eat 115-125 grams protein, 59 grams fat, and 30 grams of carbs. You still need to reach your RDI for the day. I do it once in awhile and you should try to make the carbs complex. The next day you eat normally, which for me is 100 grams of carbs, 30-40 grams fat, and 100-115 grams protein. You can Google it for more info. I know it's not for everyone but I've been doing it for a couple years now and it works for me.
