I have been on a low carb high fat diet and have had good results. The best thing is breaking from the 80's. That was the best feeling seeing the weight come down from 199. I feel better overall and at some time I am going to have to incorporate some kind of workout regiment into my daily routine. My husband bought a tread climber from Bowflex. I think its time to get used and abused has come. LOL.
