This was actually yesterday's weight, Im so embarrassed that I totally pigged out on Thursday. Went to dinner to finally celebrate hubby's birthday. It was a carb and sugar fest. ( Italian food) I carb cycled yesterday and will continue to watch calories...😬
135.2 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Glad you got to celebrate hubby's birthday and Italian sounds so good. It is hard to behave on that! That is ok though, I find those kind of carbs usually will cycle out pretty fast and you will be back down! I am actually up today too but I am trying to add back some carbs and fats a little bit at a time to see what it looks like. I just don't think I can despite what others say we should be having for our macro's. My trainer has had me on this regiment now for two years but I thought I would see if I could add a little more food to my plate! LOL I honestly think it more has to do with post menopause and our age so finding that sweet spot is tricky.

Red porch, I totally agree! Post menopause is where I'm at and I'm finding it harder and harder to recover when I " cheat" I haven't been this heavy in over 2 years. That's what is embarrassing to me. A pound or 2 is doable but 4-5 lbs is hard to lose. I am trying to be forgiving to myself due to being sick, steroids, no workouts, etc so we shall see as I get back into my normal routine what happens.. Weather is not as bad as weatherperson projected so I'm going for a neighborhood walk after lunch. 💪💜
