weight keeps dropping with increased calories! Couple more days then ill drop my calories down again. Since ive quit working, my sleep has DRAMATICALLY improved. Ive stopped waking up in the middle of the night. My husband actually asked me if i wanted to start dancing again. He said i seem so much happier now and actually get out oof bed much quicker then before when i dreaded going to work. I have also started to cook dinner more frequently.
194.8 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week

Awesome on everything!! I love dancing and there is a favorite band of our's playing on Memorial Day weekend so trying to behave so that weekend I don't have to think about calories!

Thank you RPL! Its something ive always to do more of! With pregnancy, then endless year-after-year injury, this is the first year where i feel myself emerging from the reckage.

Slow dancing to start to protect my knee, and increase tempo to 30s style swing.

Thanks tish. They have asked me to substitute a couple times.. I was surprised how many were like "oh your back!!" ....needless to say the teachers are much nicer to me now...
