had an upper body exercise yesterday, tried some new exercises. did 3 sets on most exercises, 5,8,12. lbs dumbbells. In addition, mother in law sends a large box every holiday(shes 400+miles away still) and so, over the weekend, the kids wanted to bake the treats she sent....plus a new xbox game released (Hogwarts legacy) so... in addition to some yard work, and weight lifting, my husband and i have been fixated with the new game, and having a snack with it.. Today is an all by myself day..and im going to try to stay busy....and not overthink in the silence...i look forward to this alone time when the kids are home, but when they are actually gone(at school), i miss them. :(
196.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
