Good afternoon FS family. Hopefully everyone is having a splendid day. Fasted for 21 hrs to see if I could finally move the scales numbers. Yay hoping this permanently gets me out of my plateau. Take MCT oil but don’t see any increase in energy like some people rpt. Humm. Weather isn’t helping since raining now since Saturday with also temps in the 50’s. Clothes are fitting better !!! No more sausage look. Going to finish cleaning all 3 floors so if sun ever appears I can get outside to clean much needed lawn work. Just need a bottle of energy. Lol.
150.2 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
