wild morning, but its calming down.. Hardly had any any food for breakfast so had to drop off my sons medicine to him at school then go to grocery store- ate half banana, half apple with almond butter, egg and 3 bacon. .....dont forget about the COFFEE with heavy whipping cream with collagen and glycine dissolved in it. I make a slurry of collagen/glycine with cream then add splash of coffee until its tiny- whisked in so theres no clumps.
