Bounced back up today. I did weigh about an hour earlier than yesterday. I always weigh myself right after I wake up before drinking or eating anything. No biggie.

Gym day. I took it a bit easier today. I was so sore yesterday. Some of it was due to the housework / yardwork I did yesterday. I forgot to mention that I worked on "tying" up several clumps of daffodil leaves. I had to bend/ crouch over them to reach them. That & my workout on Wed. caused me to be pretty uncomfortable by evening. I felt much better when I got up this morning. I took some Ibuprofen before bed.

I've been fighting a UTI for over a week. I tried flushing it out by drinking lots of water & cranberry juice. I thought yesterday it had worked, since the symptoms seemed to be gone. But no....today it was uncomfortable again 😬 I had the urge to pee almost the whole time I was on the treadmill. I called my Doctor's office, hoping he could call in a prescription for antibiotics, but remembered he doesn't work Fridays. I was really frustrated & kicking myself for not doing something sooner. I thought it was going to end up with a visit to Urgent Care. Thankfully, the lady I talked to at check-in was able to set up a video visit with one of the other Doctors in the office. I was able to do it after my workout @ the Gym. Six minute chat, he called in the prescription & we ran by the drugstore on the way home. Happy ending....I should feel much better by tomorrow.

So, off to bed now. Hope I don't wake up too sore again tomorrow!
