I dont get it. I dont know what else to do.I dont drink sodas, or eat fried foods or lots of carbs. Its all water and high fiber and protien foods. And I walk so much now and I am gaining. Thinking maybe I should go and have my thyroid checked.
280.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 150.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.2 lb a week

just a thought....are eating enough calories??? sometimes people think if they eat less they'll lose more. That can't be farther from the truth. If you don't eat enough calories, you metabolism slows down to save the calories you are eating, so it won't "starve". Its a natural safety mechanism our body does. Now, if your eating enough calories in regular intervals, you body will feel "safe" and actually shed weight because your body will be led to believe more is coming no need to hang on to the calories. The more smaller meals you eat, will actually boost your metabolism :) If you tend to forget to eat, try to set an alarm on your cell phone to remind you its time to snack or eat a meal. I hope this helps

Hi, it's actually happened to me, too. Despite all the effort, my weight increases. Maybe, I will try ginner's suggestion and see the outcome.
