Up 2 lbs. Not too bad after my get-away.

Spent today unwinding after my trip. Unpacked & did laundry.

When I got up yesterday, I felt like I had slept wrong with pain in my neck & right shoulder. It was still sore today, so I sat with the heating pad & caught up on some TV shows I hadn't watched.

I was happy the deer stayed away from the gardens while I was away. I gave everything a refresher spray of deer repellant this afternoon. We had rain overnight.

I didn't log my meals while I was out of town. I had thought I'd do it after the fact, but I might not. I did take photos & I've been posting them.

I got back to normal today & started logging again. I ended up eating over 2000 calories, partially due to finishing off the pastry I bought. It was really good & I decided to eat the rest of it after lunch.

Tomorrow, I'll get back to the gym. Hubby is playing poker tomorrow evening & it's his turn to provide refreshments. We're going to the Gym a little early so he can pick stuff up after & get home.

Tuesday, I have an appointment with my Cardiologist for a routine checkup. I had forgotten about it til I got a reminder call last week.

So....off to bed....
137.6 lb Lost so far: 35.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
