I have gotten serious, given up all sweets,bread and watching my carbs.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.3 lb a week

I am eating the same as the last three weeks ,but for some reason i am up a pound today.

bummer! I'm not an expert, but, I heard that changing your diet out for a new one tricks your body into losing Wt. Maybe that will help you? : ) GB-Ann

still doing the same eating and up another half pound. I exercise but haven't changed that. I am trying to keep my carbs low, so don't understand.

It's normal for weight to fluctuate a little, even up to a few pounds, especially during TOM, but just be sure to drink PLENTY of water, and you should be ok... Good luck :)

finally back to 177,which i was at three days ago, hoping to lose at least1.5 pounds a week.
