Steak & potatoes....& wine 😁 Plus a slightly earlier weigh in.

I almost missed my doctor's appointment today. They called from the office to tell me the doctor was leaving early & my appointment needed to be rescheduled....possibly they could fit me in earlier today. The # was not the one in my contact list, so I didn't answer. I just happened to check my voice-mail...I don't always check it right away. I was able to get in an hour earlier. I told the nurse after my weigh in my weight had been lower, but I ate a big steak dinner last night. She reassured me it was still down from my previous appointment 6 months ago. I double checked my journals & even with this mornings increase, I was down 5 lbs. from my weigh in the morning of the last appointment.

My labs were all good. My triglycerides are down considerably & my HDL cholesterol (the good stuff) was up slightly.

I colored my hair & trimmed my bangs this morning. I really need to get in for a haircut with my hairdresser, but I think it looks OK.

I put together a couple of outfits for the Nashville trip. We're seeing 2 shows....one at the Ryman & The Grand Ole Opry. I'll finish getting stuff ready & pack tomorrow.

Off to bed...lots to do tomorrow.


135.8 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
