Salad at school lunch worked out well, i ate it before the kids' lunch, and had carrots during lunch. I let my supervisor know that this is what i need to do. I got what i needed out of eating anything to help my binge eating disorder, but now i need to switch that up to help lose weight.
this is most definitely a process....
