Got back to the Gym after a 3 day break. Hubby had not been since last week, but he joined me today. I got a pretty good workout in. I wasn't sure if I'd be up for everything, but I was fine. I actually think since I took a rest day yesterday, reading for most of the day I was more energetic. Making the quick turnaround trip to my Sisters' on Monday/ Tuesday was a little tiring. Tuesday, I was up early, then spent the afternoon running around with my Sis that lives up here after we made the drive home. I think I'll probably go back to the Gym on Saturday instead of Friday.

I had debated putting in an hour of planting after we got home this afternoon. But first, I made our Protein Shake & watched A Million Little Things. I decided I'll start putting the plants in my pots tomorrow. I bought a bunch of them with no actual plan as to what is going where yet. So, I watered all of them so they'll be fine one more day.
Then I watched 1 episode of Pretty Little Liars before making dinner.

It's supposed to rain tomorrow night. The chairs we brought home for my daughter are still in the back of the truck. We need to unload them tomorrow & decide where to store them.

I had a NSV during my trip to my Sisters. My Sis & I were walking into a gas station/ convenience store to take a potty break. She looked at me & asked if I'd lost more weight. I was wearing leggings & an oversize shirt (that used to be much more fitted). She said she hadn't paid much attention earlier, when she first saw me as I was loading my bags into her car for the trip. I told her yes, I'd lost about 8 more lbs. since I joined the Gym. She said I looked smaller & didn't need to lose any more. With further thought, I probably should have told her it isn't actually that I've lost so much more weight. She has in fact seen me multiple times since I joined the Gym. I think my working out is paying off & I'm losing inches....making me appear thinner.

I ate over 2000 calories today....I may be up tomorrow 😏 No problem....I'll skip the cake for dessert the next few days.
135.4 lb Lost so far: 37.4 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
