A little bounce back after the big 4.5lb loss! Still means I’ve averaged out a pound a week loss for March which is good.
Life is but a rollercoaster! X
162.5 lb Lost so far: 22.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
