It was a rainy day & a bit chilly this morning. I can credit my well ingrained habit of just putting my workout clothes on & getting out the door, so I end up at the Gym 😊 I had a pretty good workout. Since we got there a little earlier today & didn't have to stop on our way home, I decided to do a quick spin on the bike. I was watching a video on YouTube & my ride ended. I like to snap a quick shot of my stats, but my phone froze on the video. I must have stood up too soon & the pedals were still spinning. I scraped the shit out of my shin!! There were some expletives, so I'm glad there was no one in ear shot 😐 It's a little tender if I touch it, but not too bad.

I did get a little couch time when we got home....Protein Shake & "Pretty Little Liars" 😍

My youngest sister called. She broke her foot, today. She has an appointment with the orthopedist tomorrow. Hopefully, she won't need surgery. I may need to go down & help her out. Our other sister is the one that just got out of the hospital.

The rain stopped late afternoon. I had forgotten to uncover the potted clematis I'd covered to protect it from the cold. I uncovered it, then gave everything another spritz of deer repellant. There were a bunch in the yard yesterday. I saw one checking out the side gardens but apparently nothing appealed to her, so she left. After the rain I thought I better be safe & refresh everything. 🦌🌱🦌🌱

Tomorrow is supposed to get nice....sunny & warmer. I think I'll start doing some Spring cleanup in the gardens.🌱🌱🪻🌻🌱
