Haven't been weighing every day but was curious if the gain from yesterday was due to going out to dinner night before...I guess it was👍
133.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That makes sense! I actually weighed 132.8 yesterday morning but I usually have one cheat meal a week and that was last night. Today I weight 135.8 but I know that it will come off and my goal is that by Friday for my gym weigh in I am slightly down from last Friday or at least maintaining.

Redporch, There is so much fat and sodium and preservatives in take out food so I kind of figured it was partly responsible. I'm sure you'll take that right off!👍

I'm avoiding the scale right now, never a good thing for me.
