Was going meatless on Friday so I just had some Colcannon colored bright green by Spirulina. Today, I'll feast on corned beef and cabbage with red russett potatoes. 3 pieces of dark chocolate and an Egg Croisanwich for breakfast. Happy with the weight loss and the goal is 200# by my B-day May 27.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
