My weight fluctuates a little the next day following a workout. I am sure this has been hard because your normal routine is off. You are still in a great zone! 💯💯

Redporch, yea, trying not to stress about it. We did go to Buffalo Wild Wings for green beer, watched March Madness basketball, and Joe had wings. I had a deconstructed chicken wrap, no cheese or sauce. So it was basically a salad with chicken. No beer for me, just 2 sips.of Joes.

Good job! I know I am trying to think about what I am going to do today. Plan on being out so for sure a couple glasses of Prosecco and try to find a healthy food at a pizza place! LOL I really overdid it last weekend so did not budge the scale at all but like you trying not to stress about it because I am in a good place. Have to enjoy life too.
