I was worried I'd under calculated calories yesterday and I'd go up. 😏 Not the case....that makes me happy. Will probably start leveling off and not lose everyday as I get past the Beginning Diet Loss.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
