💥New Low💥

NSV today, too 😁 I pulled a pair of panties out of the drawer I don't usually wear & and they felt perfect. This is a big deal cause I have sensory issues with clothes. I can't wear turtle necks. I can only wear snug leggings @ the Gym....at home, I like loose pj style pants. I can't wear anything too snug around my waist....I HATE those wide elastic bands on some pants. Anyway...cause I'm smaller, the "stretchy" panties were comfy 😌 without being loose.

I did a Body scan after my workout today. It showed mixed results. I have lost body fat in my trunk & both legs, but my % of body fat to weight went up slightly (.6%) Still a work in progress 😐

I felt pretty energetic today & that resulted in a pretty good workout. I was feeling a twinge in my right knee, so was conservative on the Leg press. I added a new machine to target the glutes. I also did several arm machines....Low weights. There are a couple of moves that aggravate the arm pain, so I'm being careful. I could feel where I'd worked my back muscles & definitely legs & glutes!

I have 2 trips planned coming up this year. A short trip with my Sister & Niece to Nashville in April. And, Hubby & I have firmed up plans for a trip in July to celebrate his Birthday. We're staying in Niagara on the Lake with 2 other couples (family) for a couple of days, then heading up to Toronto for a few days. I'm also trying to work out a trip to Dallas in either May or June after my Granddaughter has her 2nd baby...a little boy 💙 in April.

I just remembered I removed the covers from a few of my plants today & there is another frost watch tonight. I need to go out & cover them up again.

Then bedtime 😴
134.4 lb Lost so far: 38.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
