Quiet day. Rainy here.

I slept in due to time change & some achiness in my shoulders/arms. I gave in & took some Ibuprofin this afternoon.

I worked on my jigsaw puzzle, watched TV & caught up with one of my sisters on the phone.

135.4 lb Lost so far: 37.4 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
