💥MILESTONE💥 Under 250!
You guys I can not believe how amazing the carnivore diet is. My skin glows I kid you not. I used to have these tiny little bumps all over my chest. You know? Like where you're v- neck t-shirt is and they are gone. My skin is so smooth and so healthy looking. I just can't believe it only after 2 months. My whole health has taken a 360. And I'm eating a lot. 1 pound of meat like steak hamburger pork you name it. I eat a ton of it every day. And bacon as a snack.
And I am absolutely melting from the top of my head down. My face is so much thinner. I'm losing my double chin. My neck is smaller around I can tell that by my necklaces.and then on top of that I'm starting to have collarbones and shoulder bones. My bra doesn't slip off all the time because my shoulders are all rounded and weird. My arms are getting thinner. I could totally do without the chicken wings but oh well. That's the way it goes. My boobs are smaller and let me tell you. That's a good thing cause they were giant and now I can fit into cute bras. Still huge tho!😄 My bones are re-emerging. They have been hidden for probably 30 years and now I have rib bones handbones feet bones. My ribs are beginning to make an appearance. My hip bones are still kind of in there somewhere but that'll probably be the last thing to go knowing my luck.
I'm down from A4X in the pants 2 and eighteen.and my shirt. Size has gone from A 4X to a 1 x.
My blood sugar started at 403 and is now 105 fasting.
So what I'm saying here is that carnivore works. I feel fantastic no more bloating no more inflammation no more congestion. No more arthritis it's amazing.
I really wanted to work this time. I really want to continue this way of eating for the rest of my life. I want to live my life.
