Thank u but today I wighted 120.8 I need to get to 15,00 cal a day to lose weight and should I weigh myself everyday

Good morning how are u doing? Thank u today I weigh myself I weigh 120.8 same as yesterday I need to get to 1,438 calories a day or at let try to to lose myself

Don’t rush it, but monitor the intake. I would also recommend, if not already doing it, doing some exercises. I typically walk every day, but understand that’s not for everyone.
