Well not surprised. Went out for Italian food last Saturday. Weight always shows up 2 days later for me. Note to self, do not have a cheat meal 2 days before going to nutritionist...lesson learned..🫣 Measurements were overall good. Resting biceps L 12.2,R 12.1, waist 29.8, hips 35.5, thighs 18.2 on both. Biceps went up due to heavier upper body workouts and legs are leaner. Nutritionist says the .8 increase on waist is bloating from cheat meal as is weight gain. She expects me to be down on next weigh date which is Weds.
131.8 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It always takes couple day for me too, to show the gain from a cheat meal I can't even begin to imagine 35.5 inch hips! Congrats on all your measurements

Fritzy, thank you! I have always had small hips. When I was young my mom used to say if I turned sideways I'd disappear...I had a very stick like figure .😂

Lwestphal, I care! I just checked your profile and saw you are on your way! I've not seen posts from you before so I followed you and will support your journey. My nutritionist is not hard on me, she just knows what my goals are and is helping me get there. I'm very hard on myself! I lost over 50 lbs and I get anxious at the thought of gaining it back. She always tells me to eat more! She educates me on how much to eat for the amount I workout. Im a work in process as I think we all are. I'm glad you commented on my post and I look forward to seeing your posts.💜👍

Thank you Congrats on your accomplishments I appreciate your support. I’m new to this, I just use this for calorie counting, but I occasionally peruse posts. I just was worried you were being hard on yourself.

I know what you mean becasue I won't have a cheat meal before Fridays! I can on the weekend becasue I have all week to work back towards shedding those carbs. LOL Still working on my waist goal!

Redporch, you will get there! Being on Vaca and then being sick can definitely affect progress! I feel like I'm headed for a stall. It happens to me often. I do great for 2-3 weeks and then Bam! I stall and get discouraged..I am trying to stay focused ..we shall see..💜

You are so right! I feel like that I have all but improvements ahead for the next few months and with summer coming my activity increases too. I just got back from vacation and want to go back on vacation so that may be a sign I need to retire! I was thinking of using a stability ball on my off day's for my core or doing some of those different planks you talked about now that my rib is feeling a lot better!
