Happy New year to all my FatS buddy's hope you had a great one.
I had fun enjoyed all the bad eating BUT new year new goals.

My 1st goal - cycling race on 18Jan2015 14 days of healthy eating and exercising. Day 1 out of 14

What is your 1st short term goal for this month ?

124.8 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Thank you Saige, it's not over yet. Here we celebrate Christmas also on the 7th jan and new year on the 13/14th jan ;-)

o my .think all the party stuff is over on our side,but then its alot of birthday party's coming up.I really want to keep it clean I'm doing one of the biggest cycling races in March and i found if I eat clean No junk i do much better , like i can still eat bread and pasta but want to stay away from cakes and chips.. day one was hard I must say I lack motivation big time when i was training , and had to force myself to drink 2 L of water today , after this week it will all be better.

Saige I guess we all picked up during the festive season ;p....good luck with the cycling.....Snez I have to say your weight loss is the most impressive and consistent one I have seen! Well done! You are truly an inspiration *huggs*
