Salt 🧂 Water 💧 💧🌊

Got a good workout today. I've been feeling a little off for over a week. Today, I felt energetic & was able to get everything in, including a few more arm weights. Still, going lighter, so I don't overdo it. I'll be so happy when I can increase the arm weights again, but for now, baby steps.

We had a zoom call with our niece & nephew in Toronto, tonight. We're trying to plan a trip to celebrate Hubby's Birthday....80 this year! So we discussed some details....when we want to do it, how long & what we'd like to incorporate into the trip. Six of us want to get away for a few days & also spend some time in Toronto doing all the stuff we've made a tradition when we go. I think we've narrowed down some ideas. I'll share more details when we've got a plan.
137.0 lb Lost so far: 35.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
