Gym day ▪︎ Did some extra arm exercises with light weights. No bike again today....I wanted to get home so I could get ready to meet my Sis for dinner.

We went to Taco Mac. It's a chain, but this location is new. We didn't have to wait & the service & food was good. I had a glass of Cab to sip while we waited for our meal.

It was warm here today....the car thermometer registered 80° on our drive home from the Gym.
135.8 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
